ABOUT

Rebecca is a Musical Director, pianist, and arranger, based in London. After graduating from the University of Edinburgh with a BMus (Hons) in Music, she achieved a Postgraduate Diploma in Musical Direction from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland in 2023.

Rebecca was most recently Music Assistant on ‘I’m Every Woman - The Chaka Khan Musical’ at the Hackney Empire. Her experience includes Musical Director of ‘Jesus Christ Superstar’ at the Watermill Theatre; Musical Director of ‘Jack and the Beanstalk’ at the New Theatre, Peterborough; and Associate MD of ‘A Night With Janis Joplin’ at the Peacock Theatre, London. She has a passion for new work and original material - having also worked recently on workshops such as ‘Sing Out!’ with Act Productions, and ‘High Risers’ in association with the National Theatre of Scotland.

She has also taught at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland’s Juniors and Short Courses departments - with projects including ‘Be More Chill’, ‘Bonnie & Clyde’, and group musical theatre classes.

Rebecca is skilled in rep coaching, ensemble singing coaching, conducting (both stick and keys), arranging/orchestration, and vocal accompaniment. She also offers services in keyboard programming, and the production of click/backing tracks.
